Web Design / Marketing Assistant

Hi There,

I run a web design company which offers:

- Web Design
- Email Template Design and Management
- Facebook Landing Pages

I work with mainly fitness professionals and most of what I do for them is a standard layout/template/format. I am looking for some help as the business is going well and I am taking on new clients every day. What I really need is some one that can take on allot of the actual creating of the Web Sites, Emails and Facebook pages while I generate even more clients. Pretty much all the sites are Wordpress and are a set layout so you would just have to set up the site and add the content. We do get asked to amend current sites to which are just bespoke HTML/CSS sites so you will need to be able to do both. Below is a list of skills you would need.

- Understanding of Wordpress. Installs, customisation, backups

- Understanding of Aweber and Mailchimp. Creating HTML templates that can be edited.

- Mid Level understanding of HTML/CSS. You are able to amend websites and add in things where needed.

I am looking to use the successful person on a few projects first and then if all goes well I will aim to pass over most of the actual creation/design work so if all goes well there could be some steady hours available.

I need some one who works quickly, is reliable, honest.I am choosing to pay by the hour rather than on a per project basis and this is purely because I know how long all my jobs take and I can get much better value from a per hour price than a package price. For example i know a really simple wordpress back up of one of my sites take no more than 25mins but I have had people try to convince me it would take 3 hours.
