Web design Improvements to new Magento site (plus additional work to follow)

We are a new children's gifts e-commerce business based in Sth Bucks.
Our website was built in Magento (CE1.5). We want someone to help us with some minor design improvements initially, but leading onto longer term support and further improvement work for the right person/company.

We only want to work with dedicated professionals (no time wasters or bull s**ters please!!). I have therefore only offered this project to a short list of 5 individuals I have chosen from PPH - of which you are one!

This 'tester project' is to update 5 specific items (see attached). Please review and get back to me with a fixed quote or approx hours + rate to deal with these items. (note, I have not put any prices in PPH as I think you are better placed to advise on this based on actual work involved).

I must stress that you need to be experienced in high quality website design, Magento, HTML, and preferably SEO, copywritting, and e-commerce generally - and have evidence & portfolio to show this.

You must be very professional in your work (because I am!). Specifically, that means clear up front deadlines and a real committment to meet them. High quality work, pro-active and intelligent suggestions, attention to detail, honesty and regular communication and updates.

I am very fair, professional, and business focussed. I have lots of ideas and plans for this business. If you would like to work on this project and in an exciting and very competitive b2c sector (kids toys) please get back to me asap, and hopefully this will be the start of a good ongoing partnership.
