Web-based database needed for music company

I am a freelance composer for film/tv. Part of our endeavours to bring in new work involve approaching upcoming productions. There are a number of lead sheets published online that give details of these. We need to approach many productions just to achieve a 'strike rate' of 5%. We manage these lists using googledocs currently but my aim is to develop a small database, which we can log into, to check the status of these leads, generate reminders to go back to the client etc. A bit like a simple CRM. Ideally the database should be able to easily grab the data from the online databases, and input into the correct fields automatically. I am looking for a programer who can develop this for me.
