Web based Database ASP.net?

I need a databse that can run online.
-it must work for multiple users
-each user has their own database with multiple tables
-they must be able to change the titles and edit the entire table.
-and results will need to displayed in charts and graphs on a summary page for each entry.

If anyone needs more clarification let me know I have deliberatly not included information about the project as you will have to sign a non disclosure.
