Web Based Customisable Dashboard

The client wishes to create an easy to manage video training dashboard and interface for his own customers.
The aim is for The Client to create a new dashboard for each customers.

The client wants to be able to set up new customers and the customer's users with logins and passwords and provide the service on a secure server.

The dashboard needs to be customisable at client level – to include a customer logo and customisable colour (hex reference). This would be carried across to user level.

Functionality required:

• Simple to create a new dashboard by adding a customer and/or user Admin function for administering logins, passwords and permissions and retrieval of lost passwords.
• Ability to add Video test links (video will be hosted externally)
• Site to show video thumbnails (to be pulled from external site)

• Client to be able to create a taxonomy of content through folders, sub folders, which would contain web links editable at client and/or user level.

• An editable text area for unique content to be added.

• Customisable dashboard via The Client – by uploading a logo and applying a hex colour reference.

• Hosting on a secure server

• Tracking to identify who has opened a link, when they opened it, when they closed it and the time that they were on it. This information needs to be available at Customer level (if the Client provide the permissions to the customer; and at the Client level.

• If there is no activity then we would like the software to identify this and automatically send out email prompts to encourage the completion of the training.
