Web base management site

I am looking to build a site that will help churches manage everything. I want to build a Church Management Software that is web based. This is will one day become the main cooperation for the website. I would need all the feature that they have. But there will be improvements to them to make the site better.
By this been for a church it has to be user friendly, colors need to be those that make a church want to work with us
