Web base Database/report system

Secure Property Legal database which will be hosted on prescribed web
To be developed, up and running within two weeks of accepting bid


1. Admin/owner page (control panel)
- setup users with username and password with permissions (read only or read and write/update)
- to publish the database to a prescribed hosting site Namesco –“www.titleview.co.uk”
- Upload CSV file template to populate database or refresh data
- Upload/link PDF files in each report (6 separate attachments required)
- Provide analysis of user activity – number of visits, downloads, printing, uploads, changes

2. User page
- Read only or Read and write access (upload/update data)
- Graph/counter confirming number of files held
- search facility to return results by ref number, title number, post code, or part of an address.
- User to select from search results which will navigate the user to a specific form showing information and associated PDF’s
- The user will be able to open attached/linked files, print, email/send page
- Run preset reports – showing address and basic details such as lease terms etc
