Web and computer based database (open/unrestricted)

Secure database which will be hosted on the web (Similar to Access or Filemaker etc)

1. Admin/owner page permitting the admin/owner
- open and unrestricted access
- make any changes to database,
- change user details & passwords,
- change database logo
- to host the database on computer or publish to the a web server of choice
- Upload CSV file template to populate database or refresh data
- Upload PDF & JPEG files under difference heading

2. User Login/Password page
- Restricted read only access
- Graph/counter confirming number if files held
- Allow user to search asset/information by ref number, title number, post code, or part of an address.
- User to select address from search results which will navigate the user to a specific form showing information and any attached PDF or JPEG files relating to the chosen search results
- The user will be able to open attached files or print/email (send the page)
