We need a proffesional website update

Description: Scenario:

We need someone to update/redesign our website www.amaras.co.za, keeping the current look and feel but changing/updating it to a PHP based site.


Deliverable:

1. Keep current look and feel of the website

2. Change the current static update scroll on both the home
page and downloads page to something dynamic that can be
updated in a SQL database instead of changing site code.

3. The update scroll should be able to pull info for the left
image link, middle text and optional right image link from
the SQL database.

Time Frame:

We have +-3 weeks (01-10-2013) until a new product is launched and would like our website to be updated before then.

Future Work:

We are looking at future development of the site that might include a CMS based system.
