We need a mobile optimised facebook app for a competition

We are looking for someone to create a mobile optimised facebook competition app. Where consumers are able to submit an entry via a form on our facebook page.

This competition will promote two well known female focussed brands, the form will require some artistic design skills.

Images will be supplied to the successful candidate to be incorporated into the final design.

We require this to be produced as soon as possible.
