We'd like an online collaborative report writing system

Every month we produce a marketing report. This report is time consuming to create and is currently produced by one person with other staff sending information to them to include in the report. The information sent to them is in various formats and requires a lot of processing before it is able to be included in the report.

We’d like to create a system where the staff who submit the information would be able to enter the information into a webpage and then the report can be automatically generated with very little effort on the part of the administrator.

Attached are two file - the first is the specification of the system and the second is an example of the layout of the report.
