We are looking for someone to design a timetable as both an A5 handout and A3 poster

Our health and well being centre is looking for a nicer formatted timetable to the one they currently have (please see attached the old timetable). we are looking for something that is bright and exciting to read but is branded well and looks professional. I have attached examples of what our previous work is like to help. We need to get this done today so we need to find someone immediately. I have attached the logo and brief for you to view and quote.

We need the designs to be in in-design format so please only make an offer if you work in the software. We also need all art files supplied to us.
