[Wanted] Composer for indie game (paid)

We are SumomGames, a small independent game studio. Right now we are working on our first project Humans Must Answer. it is a 2D space shooter with puzzle elements, set in the distant future. It's an incredible satirical adventure of two young spaceship pilots, searching for knowledge and found themselves in the Solar System. And we need composer to create fitting music for our game.

Trageting platform: PC, XBLIG.
Technology: Developed in C# with XNA

Budget for music: 1000-2000$. yes, we cannot offer much.

Time: 3-4 month

We need 12-15 tracks, around 3 minutes each.

Style: we are looking an electronic music, maybe rock with electronic. something like that
