Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I need someone to produce an excel cumulative volumetric analysis spreadsheet.
I require a cumulative spreadsheet to calculate the material content based on a standard Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete mix ratio 1:1. The mix would be as follows;
MATERIAL QUANTITY
CEMENT 25kg
SAND Silica 25kg
POLYCURE FT 2.50kg
FLOWAID FT/SCC 0.125L
WATER 6.5-7.0L
AR Fibres ACS13PH901X 1.84kg (3.0%)
I can supply technical data sheets for the above admixes and specific gravity.
Taking into account the above ratios and for example cement having a volume of 3G/cm3 I wish the spreadsheet to calculate each required material weight relating to the input of a mould size w x h x d = m3
I also wish to apply various material costs to give me a nett material cost per calculation.
Ideally this would suit someone best within the technical building sector. Any questions then please just ask.
