Voiceover actor for an elearning animation character

We need a voice over artist/actor to perform the part of a character in an electrical related elearning animation. The part has roughly 1500 words to read in short parts (i.e. not one whole 1500 word script). The character is a black male, aged roughly in his 40's. He can have an accent but we were thinking of something not geographically specific but we're open to ideas.

Here is an example of part of the script:

"See, there are electrical controls on the boiler and that cooker. And in the bathroom there could be a shower or shower pump which is also electric.

You see you might not actually be working on the electrical components, but you still need to be safe when you’re working with them and you need to know your limits.

Don’t try to do what you have not been trained for!"
