Voice over work - need professional US accent (not NY)

I need some voice over work undertaken (see attached script) before doing the work, I'll break the attached down into probably around 10 parts - so the attached will be produced for me in 10 clips / files which a video editor will be able to easily grab the section / individual point and apply more easily into the video / animation.

The audience / listener will be a professional type of person, manager / CXO / VP level and I'm looking for a style which is peer to peer consultative (slightly conversational) versus a teacher / tutor talking to someone junior.

I'd like some good use of tone, pace and emphasis.
