Associate a login account with a user's datacenter.
Right below the current dashboard we have, there should be a pulldown menu called Datacenter Clusters: this is the clusters from getClusters.
Clicking on one of the clusters will bring up a list of links on left (menu of links) called VMs in cluster.
Clicking on a link (VM) will plot 3 plots in the middle of the page and scrolling down (CPU, memory, networkIO, I will specify the exact associated 'perfkey' for each).
Each chart should have 3 time periods: 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week.
