Virtual PA 4 Hours Per Month

I am soon to be launching an online e-commerce business and require a virtual PA for 4 hours per month. I work full time and therefore need you to able to work within 9-5 enabling me to work outside these hours. I need you to be pro-active, I am looking for someone who can make telephone calls, undertake research and email people. You'll play a part in creating something and so being able to see the bigger picture when dealing with a specific task would be a great help. If the business becomes a success there may be scope for further hours. Please quote your hourly rate in your bid.
