I need a developer to create a virtual classroom environment, much like this one: http://learn2lingo.com/index.php?a=classroom&l=def on a website platform (or any other, your the expert, and I'm open to suggestions).
Three things are important:
It mustn't require any software download from the user (apart from the usual Flash player and so on...)
It must have a clean, sleek and professional look (just like the one in the example above.
It ideally would allow more than one student in the "room", but this is negotiable.
