We are media personality and web business company looking for UK-based/English speaking & US based/English speaking virtual assistants who will:
- answer our online enquiries via skype, livechat and email
- update our websites with information/stock/pricing
- manage projects and events that we organise
- manage the directors' expenses input/travel arrangements
Need to be fluent on the phone, used to using CMS and - ideally - CRM/online accounts and e-commerce platforms (we use shopify).
Job to commence immediately. Relevant experience required and demonstrable with two reference clients.
No applications required outwith UK and US, and native English speakers only, sorry!
