Virtual Assistant for technology entreprenuer

I run several companies

You would be a personal virtual assistant (not specific to any one company), and undertake both personal and business tasks such as:

- Market research
- Returning phone calls & email to contacts and staff
- Bookings such as flights/hotels
- Chasing up minor issues with others on my behalf
- Some social media posting to my business websites
- Being my first point of contact to anyone trying to make contact
- Managing my diary

I need to see a proven track record in virtual PA roles, with references.

We'll use web tools for communication such as Google docs, Gmail, Google calendar and mobile. And will get to a process whereby tasks are assigned, you complete without supervision, and then report back to me with results daily.

The goal here is to free up my time to work on projects, and take away the day-to-day tasks taking up my time.

Initially I'll give the winning bidder a market research job and several smaller tasks, by way of a trial. If you pass - then it'll be a long term role.
