Description: Hi freelancers.
I need to hire a reliable virtual assistant and importantly expert copywriter asap to help my business with the following tasks on behalf of a range of clients.My niece who was assisting me,an English graduate and had office admin experience has left to work abroad and I need to fill the slot urgently.

First up you will need excellent copywriting skills with perfect English and grammar (unlike myself), knowledge of wordpress and the full suite of Microsoft office, if you have additional skills great!. I cannot afford to hire someone who makes basic spelling and grammar mistakes, as this costs me and you time and money and makes clients unhappy. I need perfect English and factually correct work every time.


Here is what will be typically required on a monthly basis and the time on a monthly basis that was taken by my niece to complete the tasks.

For 1st client a medical clinic ( I will supply base copy and or references)

14 web pages of 500 words each time: 7 hours

Once approved all these web pages need uploaded to wordpress: 2 hours

2 email newsletters 4-500 words time: 1 hour

2 press releases written 4-500 words time : 1 hour

Send 1 monthly email through my software. Might take 30 minutes first time to use, format layout etc but after this it is an easy 15 minutes job.

Write 1-2 business letters per month for snail mail time: 45mins

Once a month carry out competitor research checking web rankings etc. I will supply an excel with all the details and max time will prob be around 1 hour to complete


Ladies Fashion Site

10 web pages 4-500 words (freehand to write based on titles) 5 hours

10 x 150 word product descriptions 2 hours

10 blog comments on same site 1-2 lines 30 minutes

10 product reviews on same 1-2 lines 30 minutes


Social Media Posting

Fashion site: post to FB and Pinterest page 1 daily update Mon - Friday 10 minsx 5 days x 4 weeks 200 minutes = 3 1/2 hours

Marketing Business site: post to Twitter and FB page 1 daily update Mon- Friday 200 minutes 3 1/2 hours



I will send a schedule of work for the week either on a Sunday/ Monday and where applicable reference sources base copy.
I will need a completed report back at end of every week and will pay on a weekly invoice basis a for 7 1/2 hours.(1/2 hour for emailing reports etc). There should not be any rewrites required or repeating same tasks if completed well the first time.

Please only UK based bidders as I need to be able to contact Monday- Friday during working hours.
