Vidiprinter Website

I am looking for a developer who can code a Vidiprinter function into a web page that I have already designed (I am a graphic designer). I do not need an entire website built as I will obviously do this myself, but need somebody who can incorporate this function into my clients websites.

Customers fill in a form on my clients website. The information is displayed live on a secure password protected web page hosted on my server.

As I said before I do not actually need the design of the website done, I just need the function that allows the results submitted from an web based form to feed into a database, and then something at the other end that pulls that information instantly and displays it on another web page which will be held on my server (Again, this site will be pre-designed by myself).

This may sound advanced to begin with but if you actually break it down to what is actually required, it should not actually be that difficult for somebody who is experienced in databases, etc.

For examples of what I mean, take a look at websites like the BBC website and Soccernet, where news events/sports events are commentated on a minute by minute basis and the update displays on the users screen (This is what is called a Vidiprinter).

One last thing, this function will need to be able to work properly on the Apple iPad.
