Videotape reel to reel player.

URGENT

I have 2 videotape spools, The idea is that videotape runs from one spool to the other allowing people to read the dialogue which is laser cut into the surface. There will be 2 switches one to play one to rewind, I want the installation to look like a box shelf concealing all of the electronics on the inside the shelf I would like to be white plastic or perspex as it must have a professional finish.
