Videographer for a family event

I am looking for someone to video a family event (similar to a wedding) at a hotel on Sun 2nd June in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

You would need:

Experience with event videography and creation of a highlights video with links to any sample work and recommendations/references.
Your own transport.
Your own digital video equipment.

I am looking for:

- A max 10 minutes highlights video set to music.
- The speeches recorded in entirety.
- Some guest messages recorded.

The event starts at 5pm with a reception, followed by dinner and dancing until 10:45.
We would need 5 hours filming from approx 4:30-9:30pm.
