Videographer -book launch party

I need two things:

Videographer to film my book launch party - Tues 24th Sept 7pm-9pm, Adam Street private members club, London. There are 200 guests including many journalists.

I'd like the videographer to edit filming to 5 min promo video. Including sound recorded snippets from the guest speakers and mini-interviews with some guests at the party. Want to upload it the next day.

I also want the event livestreamed.

Please note date and time - next week.

The style I want is in line with the book - chick-lit. It will be a fun, lighthearted event. There will be wine, cakes and chocolate at the event and love ballets playing plus guest speakers talking about our quest for idealised love.
