Video retouching

Hello, we are looking for a person who can retouch video, we have some tripods in an unsteady shot, there is a lot of unwanted things in the background. I guess this can be done in After Effects, Mocha and Photoshop. We need it done in 24 hours - latest 13.02. evening.
There are around 10 - 4 second clips to retouch.
