Youtube animated logos for my Vlogs - Motonewbrider (Harley Davidson Bike Channel)

I need to have 2 animated logos created that I can introduce into my vlogs to promote my channel to the viewer.

1) The first animated logo needs to be a Youtube / Facebook / Twitter / Instagram logo with my name on top of the visual social media logos and animated

2) The second animated logo needs to be a animated subscribe logo with a visual image of a Harley Davidson Sportster 48 (cartoon effect with me on) coming across the screen with a SUBSCRIBE MOTONEWBRIDER left behind. Perhaps this can pop up in the smoke thats left behind.
