Videography & Photography required for NEC event 11th October

Hi,
We are speaking and exhibiting at The Care Show at the NEC on Wednesday 11th October.
We did a similar event in London back in June and had someone film the talk and take some photos of the talk, and of the activity at our exhibition stand.
There is no editing to be done. Ideally this would be one person to come along, set up and film the talk which is in a small seminar style "theatre" but open plan. At the same time if they're able to take the odd photo that would be great. Afterwards take pics of us just generally interacting with people on the stand. Ideally we would receive the photos and footage there and then. The last time we did this I brought an external hard drive and the photographer just transferred everything over.
We'd love to find someone in the Birmingham area available to do the same.
Rough times would be 10:30am - 4pm (could be less time if needed but the talk is at 11am so definitely required then!)
We are a small 2 person family business, not a big corporate company, so we need it to be reasonable in terms of cost, but we are very friendly and happy to give credit etc on our website. The last event we had a student photographer who charged us £100 for the time and footage and that was perfect for us.
Happy to chat more about this and provide any footage from the last event to get a feel for what we would like. There won't be a huge amount of room for equipment so ideally someone with a camera/tripod camcorder only would be great. No need to lighting etc as the exhibition hall will be bright!
