VIDEOGRAPHER: Record, edit and provide edited video of our CEO

We have around ten questions for a new 'feature' we're doing with our CEO, which we're hoping to start doing monthly.

It's an 'Ask the CEO anything'.

We'd like to record his answers and distrubute them to our 1,500 employees globally.

We'd like you to provide a quote for this and every subsequent time, which will include:
1. You coming to our office close to Aldgate, London and filming our CEO (I'd say around an hour, including set-up)
2. You edit the video (to be fair, the CEO is used to interviews and doesn't fluster, so I doubt they'll be many 'retakes').
3. Provide us with the finished video in a 'generic' format that we can share with our global offices. We don't want them to have to download some random programme to be able to open it!

As I said, this is the first of potential monthly ongoing videos. I'd like to meet you a day or two before the CEO, for this instance only. All other times, you can come straight to meet the CEO.

NB - we have no equipment, so would like you to provide yours.
