Videographer for networking event 09.11.16 (+ a few photos) WEDNESDAY NIGHT 6-8pm

Hi, I am looking for someone to film our networking party this week 09.11.16. We're a really fun informal group who are starting to host events up in Manchester. We're community led so only have a small budget, but our members are HR professionals from a huge range of companies. People we've used to film in the past have found themselves in high demand for producing all sorts of coporate videos post our events. We would also promote you heavily!

Here is the format:
We met at 6 for drinks & networking - would be great to have some natural/ action shots taken of our members at this stage.
at 6:30 we start the talks, which are very informal & often involve the audience in Q&A. - here we'd like the whole talk to be covered. It's not necessary to catch the audience questions if that poses technical difficulty as we can simply share the video with the question typed up after.
from 7 we'll be back to networking, and may interview some of the attendees to find out what they enjoyed about the event & talk.
You'd be free to go from 7;30/ 8 at the absolute latest - unless you wanted to stay & have a drink!

Due to budget constraints I typically do the editing myself after the event and need only the raw footage!
As I say, our budget is small but this would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build up their portfolio & contact base.
