Videographer consultant

I am looking for an experienced videographer to provide a consultation on my current work and coach and tutor me to improve my lighting, angles and studio set-up as well as consult on no equipment purchases and overall production improvements. I've worked as an amateur videogrpagher for 4 years but would like to improve my skill set. I would like a studio setup consultation as well if possible. Reviewing prior footage will feedback is also requested. My productions do include some adult content so must be comfortable with that genre. I would pay per hour and envision a 2-4 week project with approx 10 hrs per week
