Videographer and content creator in one

I am a visual artist. I am an oil painter and I also draw in charcoal. I also make embroideries.
I need somebody to film me at various different sites at times. I also need somebody to create content from footage I already have and also to create new footage. They need to have an artistic imagination, be able to add music and text to each reel that I require. On average, I need 84 reels a month.
They need to already have experience in this field. I would also need to see their work before deciding if they were appropriate for me.
