I need someone to create video templates for an app.
I have my specific ideas of how I want the templates to be. The templates must be able that when you upload an image to my app the app creates a short video out of your image.
I'm assuming the right person for the job must have experience in photoshop, premier pro and other programmes from the adobe suite.
Either looking for someone to work alongside an app developer to get this app developed or someone who can both create the video templates alongside and in an app so that i can later update to the app store (iOS)
