Video Template, intro and outro in Cyberlink Powerdirector 17

I need a template for a slideshow type vid in Cyberlink Power Director where I will be able to drag and drop media, (digital photos, 4k video, etc.). I don't need audio, I just need a decent layout with nice transitions and several text boards.

I will also need a moving intro and outro. (Animated logo design is under different project).

Our area of business is real estate. So the media needs to be smooth, professional, polished, high end. Nothing fluffy, nothing like extreme sports or wedding theme!
