Video recording educational seminars in London

We are looking for a professional to record on video 4 educational seminars (3 hours long each), in London. The seminars are to be held in Goldsmiths university on 29 June, 6 July, 13 July and 20 July in the afternoons from 1 pm to 4 30. The seminars are lectures and question and answer sessions. There is no need to walk around with the camera.
The quality of recordings needs to be guaranteed (including the sound).
