Video production editing and sound for live music performance tomorrow (Saturday 7th)

What we need
We need someone to come to Bandstand Busking, film two songs from each band and then edit those into videos for our Youtube channel (http://youtube.com/bandstandbusking) and website. We also want a short teaser promo video that gives people an impression of what Bandstand Busking is.

The music videos can be one take if the director feels they can do that at a high quality level.

Sound
We need high quality sound recorded. So, if that’s something you can deliver too that would be ideal, or if you can connect us to someone.
The performances are acoustic
We’d need a couple of lapel mics and a central mic minimum.


Deliverables
1x 20-second Bandstand Busking promo
6x music videos

Timings
Filming is on Saturday October 7th between 1pm - 4pm.
One of the music videos would be needed within 24 hours, the other five within three days.

We have struggled so far to find someone who can do both video and sound, we have people who can assist on the day but cannot provide equipment. If you are able to bring the full package we would consider your proposal very valuable!
