Video F/X Specialist with Talent in Graphic and Text F/X - Motion & Action F/X

I need a video F/X specialist with experience and ability to work with video filmed in Final Cut Pro 7. We would like for you to produce short sequences of graphic f/x and text f/x for a video that introduces a tourism project. We understand that you will need to have software and experience in Ae (After Effects software).
Products provided by www.DigitalJuice.com in the Toxic collection number 8 and number 6 are interesting to us.

Software similar to Digital Juice is an option.

We would like to provide art work, text and descriptions of each segment of the video to you - and you would send us a completed graphic / text file to insert into the video.

There are several sections of the video that require graphic f/x - so we would need multiple files produces. We are open to receiving your ideas and suggestions about other f/x options and products to use.
