Video Editor For My Gaming Videos

I have a bunch of recordings I made from me playing an online game called Rust.

I would like someone to edit all the videos into one smaller video, cutting out any boring bits and possibly adding music and affects...

The above link is another gamer who also makes videos of Rust, I wanted to make a similar video.

This first video will be a test and therefor I have a fixed budget, its not a too serious project and may be fun for video editors also interested in gaming.

I need to know how long this will take and how to send over the videos to you (some of them are quite large)

I would like my videos turning into a 10 minute 1 video final piece from all the videos I have made.
