Video editing / title cards / subtitles

I have a general video from one of our personal trainers. I basically am looking for it to be split into two videos - one for social media - so pretty short, and another for display in a cafe (so more text/subtitles. I essentially want our logo added to the video, and potentially subtitles as she changes exercises i.e. "burpees X10) etc

I think it is pretty easy, we just don't have any expertise in the gym to sort this.
