Video Editing & Production (Automated Solution)

I am looking for help with creating some automated branded videos & playlists. Please download the sample file from the link below.

I have around 1,500 x music videos which I need to brand with an intro and then layer on an artist/track intro onto the video (as shown). It would then have an end frame with a call to action (e.g Buy from our online store for only £X.XX) - not shown on the attached.

Once these videos have been branded as individual assets I am looking at creating a series of different playlists that would contain up to 8 x videos showing a continuous mp4 playlist linked to the following categories;

Artist Playlists (multiple videos from the same artist)
Genre Playlists (multiple videos from different artists from the same genre)
Year Playlist (multiple videos from different artists from the same year)

There will be up to an estimated 100 x Playlists in total.

I am looking for someone who can set up this process as an automated editing solution that will allow each track to fade in and fade out (as shown in the example) and produce an optimised resolution mp4 file for each. Editable raw Premier files will be supplied.

Deadlines are extremely tight as I only have around 2 weeks max (including any amends) to complete this exercise.
