Video editing pool time

I have some pictures (about 30) and videos (about 5 minutes) of a family spending some time and playing at a pool. I would like for a freelancer to combine these pictures and videos into a approx. 3-minute professional-looking video by editing the footage in such a way that it brings out the emotion (family fun) of the day. The freelancer can add music, templates, graphics, etc. as appropriate.

This job could lead to additional work in this area.
