Video editing, Friends and I playing tennis, I need boring bits gone

So some friends and I film our tennis games, the quality of the video (and the tennis) is not great, but occasionally we have a great rally. I simply do not have the time to video edit and I'm sure someone can edit the video far more efficiently than I can. You should know a tiny bit about tennis. We want the double faults and missed returns etc all gone, just the rallies left in.
Each video is maybe 20 minutes long so if you can quote me based on a 20 minute video, and we may have several a week to give you and the occasional special project, like making a collection of all the errors one of the 4 people makes..
