Video editing

Editing a series of 5 discussions.

Videos are shot with 2 cameras: XL H1 and XH A1. XL H1 is the camera with the sound tracks.
Extra background shots and pictures are supplied. These will be placed in the folder with the main files.


Sound: The camera records on two channels. In the video these should be mixed to become one channel (dual) mono))

Music: This should remain in stereo. Tracks will be provided.
Music should not be under the whole video.
Music should never compromise speech clarity



1. Intro Template for all videos. - This can be cut after the final logo screen.
2. Title Screen. If a title has not been provided, please ask. There should nearly always be a title screen introducing the video.
3. Music track under Intro and title screen. Fade as presenter tells about the video.
4. Main video - The main sound track is nearly always on the file XL H1. However the presenter may at times address the second camera (XH A1)
5. If possible add one or two musical breaks (a section of video with no speaking, when only music is heard). These should each be around 5 seconds long.
6. Credit screen after main video
7. Extro clip after credits
8. Extro music fade in from final rounding up by presenter.


Final video should be 760P - 1280 x 720 MP4 (bit rate around 6000kbit/s) File size should be around 250mb for 8 minutes of video.
