Video Editing

I'm creating a YouTube show about my inability to cook and being forced to do it wheat, dairy and egg free. I need a video editor that doesn't cost me a fortune and in return, I'll try to make 2-5 videos for you a week. I know how to edit myself, what I don't have is time to edit this side project while I work on other things. However this means I'm not willing to pay alot for something I can do. Please send me a proposal that I don't look at and say, "wow I'll just edit this myself."' Also keep in mind that it would be not one job but repeated. Thank you.
