Video edit - lip syncing

I'm producing a short video to talk about an online course I'm launching soon, and having troubles with lip syncs. For some reason the audio and video are out of alignment.

I have about 10 short (5-20 second) clips which I need re-syncing please. I've put them all together into one file, and separated by black screen for ease here:
