Video Creation - Crushers

We are creating a series of internal training videos to explain to our sales team the different parts of construction equipment. We have already produced 6 videos, and we want to continue the series in a reasonably consistent format.

For the crushers video, we have a voiceover of about 19 mins, which we want fitting to a slideshow of machines. On each photo, I want the area explained in the voiceover to be arrowed and labelled on the slideshow, to make it really simple what the machines are for. See attached examples of the material. We have about 25 photos in total.

I'd like the video to be good commercial quality, with title page, soundtrack, good professional visual effects etc. I will provide the following:
1. All photos for the slideshow
2. Voiceover
3. Timings sheet to say when the slideshow should move to the next photo
4. Scan of photos which I've printed off and drawn where the arrows should go.
5. Sigma logo for the front cover sheet
6. Example video so you can make this one reasonably consistent (slight changes in font, arrow type, backing music etc are fine)
