About Us: Footcare UK is a leading distributor of premium foot care products. We are looking for a talented freelance video editor who also possesses strong virtual assistant skills to help us create engaging video content.
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and creative freelance video editor to edit two testimonial videos from podiatrists who have used one of our top products. These testimonials will be featured on our website, re-edited for Facebook, and used as email attachments. Additionally, we have a project to recreate an animation, which may require hiring a separate voice actor. Beyond video editing, the role requires strong communication skills to ensure smooth project management and effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:
• Edit two testimonial videos from podiatrists, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound.
• Create multiple versions of each video for different platforms (website, Facebook, email).
• Collaborate with our team to ensure the videos align with our brand and message.
• Recreate an existing animation, potentially coordinating with a voice actor for narration. Recreate Images as elements to support the animation.

• Source appropriate sound files for background music and integrate them into videos.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring all edits are completed on schedule.
• Handle communication with team members, voice actors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all video work meets our quality standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Experience in creating content for various platforms (web, social media, email).
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for effective virtual collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to source and integrate appropriate sound image and video files for background music and video production.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with animation software and basic animation techniques.
• Experience coordinating with voice actors or other creative professionals.
