Video compilation of recent travel video and photos for valentines present

Was thinking instead of flowers to do something more personal, recently went travelling and have a load of photos and videos not sure if anything could be done with them to create a video for her to enjoy. I'd want a soundtrack with it and maybe if we did it in order of places i'd like the location pop up in text when it changes to a different place. If different effects could be used to slow or speed things up and transition between etc , i want it to be better then something i could do myself and something she can enjoy and look back on.
Looking for a bargain as well, as much as i love her if its too much its just gonna have to be flowers.
