Video and audio editor (possibly on going)

I am looking for a video and audio editor to create short videos for social media platforms. It would contain photos, video or both, we would need some catching audio in the background and then be ready for our voiceover to add to it, we need our company logo put in their too.

Each video is 5 mins long, it requires basic editing to put the images together with fade out, a text banner at the bottom, some fade out text in the middle of each photo as a transition and some audio music thats it
